Refund policy

What is your Refund/Exchange policy? Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. In-stock items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, resellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, and in original packaging with tags attached. All sales are final on FINAL SALE merchandise. Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping on international orders or refunds on customs or duties.

Can I Exchange/Return a custom item? No. Towels and golf bags that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged. These are considered final sale.

Do you offer free returns and exchanges? Yes, if you purchased Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout. When added to your order, it covers the cost of returns and exchanges at no charge, excluding golf bags.

Are golf bags included in free returns? No. Even with Free Returns & Package Protection, golf bags are subject to a $50 return/exchange fee. This fee covers processing, handling, and restocking.

What if I didn't purchase Free Returns & Package Protection? If this was not added at checkout, you will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Processing & handling fees
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

Why do golf bags always have a fee? Golf bags are large, heavy items with higher shipping and processing costs, so they carry a fixed $50 return fee regardless of any additional protections purchased.

Golf Bag Refund/Exchange Policy: Golf bags are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. A $50 return processing, handling, and restocking fee applies to all golf bag exchanges and/or refunds.
